I always used to be the person hitting the snooze button a million times before actually getting out of bed. This resulted in me rushing around the house to get myself out the door. Simply picking a couple of new habits to adopt and incorporate will make a massive difference. Below are some ideas of habits to add to your morning routine:

  1. Make the bed / Open windows: Start your day with a sense of accomplishment and open the windows to let in fresh air and invigorate your space.

  4. Morning Pages: Express gratitude, writing affirmations, or jotting down your to-do list.
